摘要
目的研究心房颤动射频消融术后复发的相关危险因素,为预测和预防射频消融术后复发提供参考依据。方法通过回顾性分析2015.08~2016.08在安徽省立医院心内科行射频消融术的234例房颤患者,比较复发组与未复发组患者术前临床资料的差异及相关心脏指标,分析心房颤动射频消融术后复发相关危险因素。结果单因素分析结果表明,左房前后径、心率变异性在两组间差异有统计学意义(p<0.05);左心室射血分数无统计学意义(p>0.05)。多因素回归分析显示高血压、糖尿病、房颤类型、病程在两组间差异有统计学意义(p<0.05);性别、年龄、冠心病差异无统计学意义(p>0.05)。结论糖尿病、左房前后径、心率变异性、房颤类型及其病程是心房颤动射频消融术后复发的危险因素。
Objective To study the recurrence of atrial fibrillation after radiofrequency ablation of the associated risk factors, provide a reference basis for the prediction and prevention of postoperative recurrence. Methods From August 2015 to August 2016, 234 patients with atrial fibrillation undergoing radiofrequency ablation in the Department of Cardiology, Anhui Provincial Hospital, were collected as study subjects. Relapse group and recurrence were compared the differences between the preoperative clinical data and related cardiac index, analysis of AF related risk factors for recurrence after radiofrequency ablation. Results After the single factor analysis results show that the left front diameter, heart rate variability, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）; Left ventricular ejection fraction has no statistical significance（P〈0.05）.Multiple factors regression analysis showed that high blood pressure,diabetes, atrial fibrillation type, the course of the difference was statistically significant（P〉0.05）; Gender, age, there was no statistically significant difference of coronary heart disease（P〉0.05）. Conclusion Diabetes, left front diameter and heart rate variability, the types of atrial fibrillation and its duration time is a risk factor for AF recurrence after radiofrequency ablation.
