轻度认知功能障碍患者进展为痴呆的脑电图预测效果 被引量：1

摘要 目的探索轻度认知功能障碍(MCI)患者进展为痴呆的脑电图预测效果。方法选取52例阿尔茨海默病(AD)患者为观察组,46例MCI患者为对照组,两组患者均行脑电图检查。比较两组患者精神状态,脑区复杂度和各位点的波功率。结果观察组患者精神状态总分低于对照组(P<0.05)。全脑、左半球、右半球、左颞区、左额区、右颞区及右额区的复杂度均低于对照组(均P<0.05)。两组前额区的波功率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组前颞区、中颞区、后颞区、额区、中央区、顶区以及枕区的波功率均高于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论 MCI的老年人颞区与额区复杂度较为异常时,很有可能发展恶化为老年痴呆,应引起医务人员的重视。
