摘要
文中主要考察在乙二醇-氟化铵体系电解液时不同阳极氧化电压及不同反应时间对阳极氧化法制得的TiO_2阵列形貌和尺寸的影响。并借助扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对制备得到的TiO_2纳米管阵列进行测试,并进行相应分析,以期为探究利用TiO_2纳米管阵列光催化降解有机污染物做准备。
In this paper, the effect of different anodic oxidation voltage and different reaction time on the morphology and size of TiO2 arrays prepared by anodic oxidation was investigated in the electrolyte of ethylene glycolammonium fluoride system. The prepared titanium dioxide nanotube arrays were tested by scanning electron microscopy(SEM) and analyzed accordingly in order to prepare for the photocatalytic degradation of organic pollutants using titanium dioxide nanotube arrays.
