摘要
目的了解《上海市公共场所控制吸烟条例》(修订案)实施后嘉定区公共场所控烟的现状,为进一步贯彻实施条例提供基础数据。方法采用现场观察的方法,对嘉定区14大类109家公共场所的2,156名场所内人员进行监测。结果 14类场所中,除卫生计生机构外,其余场所均未全部张贴控烟警示图片和摆放相关宣传折页;98.15%的场所张贴了控烟举报电话和控烟标识;场所内人员吸烟率为12.03%。结论嘉定区公共场所整体控烟现状情况良好,但是部分场所控烟氛围应进一步加强,场所内工作人员的控烟意识有待进一步加强。
Objective To understand the current status of tobacco control in public places in Jiading District after the implementation on Amendment of ＂Tobacco Control Regulation in Public Places of Shanghai ＂, to provide the basic data for further implementing regulations. Methods The method of field observation was adopted to conduct the monitoring in 14 representative public places, including 2156 persons in 109 places. Results Except the health agency, not all public places putted up the tobacco-warning pictures and brochures about tobacco control; 98.15% of public places putted up the signboard of tobacco control and tobacco control report telephone; smoking rate of persons in public places was 12.03%. Conclusion The situation of tobacco control in Jiading District public places is good, but some place should further strengthen atmosphere of tobacco control, and tobacco control consciousness of staff in public places remains to be further strengthened.
