探讨MRI与CT影像检查在老年多发性脑梗死诊断中的应用价值被引量：6

摘要目的:探析MRI与CT影像检查应用于老年多发性脑梗死患者诊断中的价值。方法:选取我院收治的多发性脑梗死的患者70例,年龄≥60岁,行CT及MRI检查。观察两种检查方法病变的检出情况、不同时间病变、不同检查指标水平及不同脑梗死部位的检出情况,两种检查方法确诊患者给予内科综合治疗。结果:MRI的病变检出率、病变时间<24h和24~72h的病变检出率、病灶数量、及基底和顶叶脑梗死的检出率显著高于CT(p<0.05),误诊率、病灶面积、检查时间明显低于CT(p<0.05)。结论:MRI诊断老年多发性脑梗死的准确率更高,且对早期病灶、较小病灶、基底部和顶叶部病灶的诊断价值更高,便于临床给予综合性治疗。
