摘要
实施质量成本管理是提高企业管理水平的有效途径。质量成本管理的加强和完善涉及企业的文化建设、质量理念、员工素质、企业文化等方方面面,必须综合规划、多管齐下,才能取得明显的成效。
It is an effective way to improve the managenmnt level of enterprises to implement quality cost management. The strengthening and perfection of quality cost management involves many aspects of the enterprise, such as the cultural construction, quality concept, staff quality, and enterprise culture. In order to achieve obvious results, it must be planned comprehensively and supported by multiple measures.
