倍他乐克治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭对心率及心功能的改善情况分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨倍他乐克治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭对心率及心功能的改善效果。方法选择慢性充血性心力衰竭患者64例随机分为2组,就常规治疗(对照组,n=32)与加用倍他乐克治疗(观察组,n=32)对心率、心功能的改善情况展开对比。结果观察组总有效率为96.9%。对照组总有效率为78.1%,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。2组治疗前心率对比无明显差异(P>0.05);治疗后均有所下降,且观察组下降幅度较对照组更为显著(P<0.05)。2组均未出现肝肾功能损害及电解质紊乱。结论针对慢性充血性心力衰竭的患者使用倍他乐克治疗,可显著增强心功能改善效果,使心率保持稳定,具有非常重要的应用价值。 Objective To investigate the effect of Betaloc in the treatment of heart rate and heart function in chronic congestive heart failure. Methods 64 cases of patients with chronic congestive heart failure,are in our hospital from February 2015 to October 2016 were cardiovascular department,were randomly divided into two groups,the conventional treatment(control group,n=32)and combined with betaloc treatment(observation group,n=32)of heart rate,heart function improvement development contrast. Results the total effective rate of the observation group was 96.9%.The total effective rate of the control group was 78.1%,and there was a statistical difference between the groups(P〈0.05).There was no significant difference in heart rate before treatment(P〉0.05).After treatment,all of them decreased in varying degrees,but the decrease in the observation group was more significant than that in the control group,with statistical difference(P〈0.05).In the two groups,there was no damage to liver and kidney function and electrolyte disturbance in this experiment. Conclusion For patients with chronic congestive heart failure,taking Betaloc can significantly enhance the improvement of heart function and keep heart rate stable. It has a very important application value.
