注射用鲑降钙素治疗原发性骨质疏松症的临床研究

The clinical research of injection of salmon calcitonin to treat primary osteoporosis

摘要 目的探讨注射用鲑降钙素治疗原发性骨质疏松症的临床疗效。方法选取我院2017年1月—10月接诊的50例患者纳入本研究,随机分为观察组25例和对照组25例。对照组采用骨肽治疗,观察组采用鲑降钙素+骨肽治疗。观察患者治疗前和治疗6个月后疗效、骨源性碱性磷酸酶(BAP)、二氢嘧啶脱氢酶(DPD)、骨密度(BMD)变化情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率为80.00%,高于对照组的48.00%(P<0.05);观察组治疗后BAP、DPD/Cr低于治疗前和对照组,BMD高于治疗前和对照组(P<0.05)。结论在骨肽基础上加用注射用鲑降钙素治疗原发性骨质疏松症效果明显,患者BAP、DPD/Cr改善明显,BMD显著增加。
