Analysis on the Research Topic of Knowledge Bases Studies in Medical Field in China

摘要 目的:分析国内医学领域知识库研究现状,了解研究热点,为今后学者开展医学领域知识库相关研究提供参考。方法:计算机检索中国生物医学文献数据库、中国知网和万方数据知识服务平台中文数据库获取国内知识库研究。研究者按照纳入与排除标准独立筛选,采用书目共现分析系统(BICOMS-2)分析软件对发表时间、期刊、作者、作者单位、省份、关键词等信息进行提取和整理,并生成共现矩阵,针对主要关键词利用Net Draw和g CLUTO软件分别绘制网络关系图和对主要关键词进行聚类分析。结果:知识库研究自2000年起年发文量呈现快速增长趋势,但2016年发文数量开始回落,收录期刊共144种,但总收录量超过30篇的期刊仅16种(11.11%),发文作者共计2 732位,但合作较为紧密的团队仅有两个,各单位间的合作也不密切,仅形成了以中国科学院(文献情报中心、国家图书馆)、北京大学、北京师范大学、上海交通大学为核心的一个较大的单位合作群体,国内省(市)合作则是北京、江苏、广东、上海、天津等省(市)为中心。对主要关键词进行分析,则发现机构知识库、知识库、开放存取/获取、图书馆、知识服务、高校为研究热点,通过聚类分析,共得出4个主题。结论:我国知识库研究数量总体呈上升趋势,参与研究的学者及单位众多,但彼此间的合作不紧密。各学者、团体、单位间应加强合作,进一步探索与开拓新的研究主题。 Objective:To analyze the current research status of knowledge bases studies in China and obtain the research hotspots in order to provide reference for future research in medical field. Methods :The CBM, CNKI and Wanfang database were searched to obtain the domestic researches on knowledge bases. Two reviewers independently selected the related papers by inclusion and exclusion criteria, and extracted the related information (publication time, journal,authors, institutions, keyword and provinces) and produced matrix by BICOMS-2 software, the figure of network was reduced by NetDraw,cluster analysis was performed by gCLUTO. Results : The number of papers on knowledge bases have been increasing rapidly since 2000, but decreased in 2016. A total of 144 journals were included, and only 16(11.11%) journals with a total number of more than 30 articles. There were 2 732 authors participated in the related researches and only two teams with closer cooperation. The cooperation among the institutions was not very close. Only a large cooperative group of institutions with the core of the Chinese Academy of Sciences(Document Information Center, National Library), Peking University, Beijing Normal University and Shanghai Jiao Tong University has been formed. The center of cooperation of provinces and cities were the provinces and cities such as Beijing, Jiangsu, Guangdong, Shanghai, Tianjin and so on. By analyzing the key words, we found that institutional repository, knowledge base, open access/acquisition,library,knowledge service and university were the research hotspots.4 research topics were drawn through cluster analysis. Conclusion : The number of knowledge base research in China is increasing. There are many scholars and units involved in this field, but their cooperation is not very close. In the future, cooperation among scholars, groups and units should be strengthened to further explore new research topics.
