摘要
在社会高度发展的背景下,对药学专业人才的需求程度越来越高,为了有效提升高职药学专业教学水平,需要了解企业对药学类专业人才的能力需求,找出当前实践教学中存在的问题,探讨提高学生实践能力的对策。通过采用文献研究法、调查研究法,构建突出职业素养和职业能力培养特色的高职药学类专业实践教学体系,对高职药学类专业实践教学目标重新定位,加强高职药学类专业实践教学质量监控,达到提升湖南高职药学类专业实践教学水平的目的。
Under the background of the highly developed society, there is growing demand for pharmaceutical talents. Seen in this light, in order to effectively improve level the teaching of the pharmaceutical specialty, there is a need to understand the enterprise＇s demand for pharmaceutical talents＇ competency, to find out the current problems existing in the practice teaching, and to explore countermeasures to improve students＇ practice ability. By using the research method of literature study and investigation survey, the study constructs practical the teaching system of higher vocational pharmaceutical specialty with the feature of highlighting the training of professional quality and professional ability. It is suggested that the construction of practical teaching system is conductive to reorienting the teaching goal of the pharmacy specialty in higher vocational colleges, to strengthening the monitoring system of teaching quality, and to achieving the purpose of enhancing the level of practice teaching.
