摘要
为了提高变压器产品自身耐受直流偏磁性能,确保电力系统的稳定运行,对空载状态下500 k V单相变压器直流偏磁噪声进行试验研究,分析了500 k V单相变压器直流偏磁现象,给出试验环境以及噪声测点位置示意图,分析直流偏磁噪声同振动信号特征,对空载状态下时域和频域波形实施了奇异谱以及功率谱分析。试验研究得出:空载直流外加电流后所有噪声检测点在直流偏磁下的功率谱熵相比空载无电流状态下的功率谱熵值高,变压器噪声的大小随着直流偏磁电流的增加而增加,变压器噪声的大小与磁通密度成反比例关系,磁通密度越大,噪声的增加量就越小。直流偏磁电流持续增加时,变压器产生的噪声很低。
In order to improve the transformer dc bias magnetic product tolerance,to ensure the stable operation of power system,the no-load condition of 500 k V single-phase transformer dc bias magnetic noise experiment research,analysis of the phenomenon of 500 k V single-phase transformer dc bias and sketch map test environment and noise point,analyzing the characteristic of the dc bias magnetic noise and vibration signal,the time domain and frequency domain waveform under no-load condition to singular spectrum and power spectrum analysis. Experimental study concluded that: after no-load dc impressed current all noise testing point under dc bias power spectrum entropy than empty without the current state of power spectral entropy value is high,the size of the transformer noise increased with the increase of the dc bias current increases,the size of the transformer noise and magnetic flux density is inversely proportional relationship,the greater the magnetic flux density,the less the noise of the increase. The noise of the transformer is very low when the dc magnetic current continues to increase.
