摘要
高校辅导员是高等学校从事德育工作,开展大学生思想政治教育的骨干力量,是大学生健康成长的指导者和引路人。辅导员的工作成效与学生的发展成长密切相关。推免制度背景下,学生错误的功利性学习的心态亟需得到纠正及正确引导。本文旨在从辅导员的思政教育的角度出发,讨论在处理学生功利性学习情况时应该采取的策略。
University counselors are the backbone of the work of the moral education and ideological and political education for university- students. Also they are the instructor and guide for university students ＇ healthy growth. Counselors＇ work effect is closely related with students＇ development and growth.
