摘要
目的:研究活血祛瘀汤辅以康复训练对高龄股骨颈骨折患者康复效果影响。方法:将96例高龄股骨颈骨折患者随机分成两组,治疗组给予活血祛瘀汤辅以康复训练,对照组给予单纯活血祛瘀汤,比较两组疗效,并利用视觉模拟评分法(VAS)和日常生活活动量表(ADL)分别对治疗前后患者疼痛情况、日常生活能力进行评价比较,观察两组并发症发生率。结果:治疗组治疗的优良率明显的高于对照组;治疗后1周、3个月治疗组的VAS评分明显的低于对照组,ADL评分明显的高于对照组;治疗组的并发症发生率明显的低于对照组;比较差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:活血祛瘀汤辅以康复训练治疗高龄股骨颈骨折,提高其临床治疗优良率,降低疼痛程度,改善生活活动能力,安全性高。
Objective： To study the effect of Huoxue Quyu decoction supplemented by rehabilitation training on the rehabilitation of elderly patients with femoral neck fracture. Methods：96 cases of elderly patients with femoral neck fracture were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group was given Huoxue Quyu decoction supplemented by rehabilitation training,while the control group was given Huoxue Quyu decoction. The curative effect was compared between the two groups. Visual acuity score （VAS） and daily living activity scale （ADL） were used to evaluate the pain and daily life of the patients before and after treatment. The complication rates were observed. Results： The treatment group excellent and good rate was significantly higher than the control group; 1 week after treatment,3 months treatment group VAS score was significantly lower than the control group,ADL score was significantly higher than the control group; the incidence of complications in the treatment group was significantly Lower than the control group; the difference was significant （ P 〈0.05）. Conclusion：Huoxue Quyu decoction supplemented by rehabilitation training for the treatment of femoral neck fractures of high neck,improve the excellent rate of clinical treatment,reduce the degree of pain,improve the living activities,high safety.
