摘要
基于文献信息计量所获得的全球高被引科学家和高强度专利发明人信息,运用复杂网络大数据分析方法,构建全球科技领军人才流动网络模型,测度并分析全球主要国家(地区)及全球整体的科技领军人才流动特性。通过该模型的分析,可以发现美国等西方经济发达国家吸引了大量科技领军人才的流入,而发展中国家科技领军人才的流失较为严重,并且发达国家之间的领军人才流动非常频繁。从全球整体上看,人才流动网络并存在"中心节点",即整个人才流动网络抗干扰性较强。
According to bibliometrics,we define scientific top talents as the authors of the top ten highest cited papers and the top ten inventors of the strongest patents. Next,the model of global mobility of scientific top talents is established with complex network method. By employing the network model, the characteristics of global mobility of top talents are measured and evaluated. Based on the analysis,we find that a great number of top talents enter into developed countries, such as the USA, and developing countries suffer from brain drain. Moreover, the mobility between developed countries is very- frequent. Overall,there does not exist some "center" countries,which means that the migration nelwork of top talents has strong ro- bustness.
