摘要
目的探讨孕妇操联合认知干预对妊娠期糖尿病孕妇心理状态、血糖控制及妊娠结局的影响。方法选取2016年12月至2017年12月我院收治102例妊娠期糖尿病孕妇作为调查对象,随机将其等分为研究组和对照组,对照组给予常规护理,研究组在此基础上联合实施认知干预及孕妇操护理,对比两组孕妇干预前后心理状态、血糖水平、妊娠结局情况。结果对照组孕妇血糖控制水平优于研究组(P <0. 05);护理干预后,研究组孕妇焦虑(SAS)、抑郁(SDS)评分低于对照组(P <0. 05);研究组不良妊娠发生例数低于对照组(P <0. 05)。结论孕妇操联合认知干预可有效控制妊娠期糖尿病孕妇血糖水平,改善其心理负面情绪和不良妊娠结局,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the effect of maternal exercise combined with cognitive intervention on mental state, blood glucose control and pregnancy outcome of pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus. Methods To compared the status of mental state, blood glucose level, delivery outcome before and after intervention, 102 cases of pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus admitted in our hospital from December 2016 to December 2017 were observed, and were randomly divided into study group and control group with equal members. The control group adopted the routine care, while the study group adopted the cognitive intervention combined with maternal exercise on this basis. Results The level of blood glucose control in the study group were better than the control group（ P 〈0.05）. After nursing intervention, the anxiety （SAS）and depression（SDS）scores in the study group were lower than the control group（ P 〈0.05）, and the incidence of adverse delivery outcome in the study group were lower than the control group（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The application of maternal exercise combined with cognitive intervention could effectively control the blood glucose of pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus, improve their psychological negative emotion and adverse delivery outcome, which was worthy of clinical promotion and application.
