摘要
茶皂素是一种性能良好的天然表面活性剂,能被加工成多种高值产品。茶皂素具有良好的乳化、分散、发泡、湿润、消炎、镇痛等作用,已被用于各个领域。本文对国内茶皂素的主要应用领域进行了归类,包含日化、农业、医药、环境等行业,并对主要的研究成果进行了综述。
Tea saponin is a good nonionic surfactant in nature that can be processed into many kinds of high value products. Tea saponin has good emulsifying,dispersing,foaming,moistening,anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects. It has been used in various fields. The domestic application of tea saponin was classified and the research results of tea saponin was reviewed,Such as daily chemical industry,agriculture,medicine,environment,etc.
