摘要
目的通过构建手部烧伤患者"四维一体"的康复护理干预模式,为进一步提升手部烧伤患者的康复效果和生活质量提供参考,促进患者手部功能康复、心理功能康复和社会功能康复。方法在查阅文献的基础上归纳总结手部烧伤患者康复护理干预的关注热点,并对研究前沿进行分析,拟定了初步的手部烧伤患者康复护理"四维一体"干预模式,采用Delphi法进行两轮专家咨询。结果手部烧伤患者康复护理干预模式包括4个维度21个项目,两轮专家咨询的肯德尔和谐系数分别为0. 58和0. 65。结论手部烧伤患者康复护理"四维一体"干预模式包括手部功能康复、心理功能康复、社会功能康复和健康教育四大领域,涉及病情观察、创面护理、康复训练、心理疏导、社会支持等护理要点,内容全面,体现了对手部烧伤患者及家属的人文关怀,为手部烧伤患者的康复奠定了基础。
Objective To further improved the rehabilitation effect and provided life quality related reference for patients with hand burns, thereby to promote the rehabilitation of hand function, mental function and social function of patients by means of the “four dimensional integration” rehabilitation nursing intervention.Methods To formulated a preliminary “four-dimensional integration” intervention for rehabilitation of hand burn patients by summarizing the hotspots of rehabilitation nursing intervention for hand burnt patients and analyzing relevant research front on the basis of reviewing literature, and using the Delphi method for two rounds of expert consultation.Results The rehabilitation nursing intervention model for hand burnt patients consisted of 21 items in 4 dimensions, after which the Kendall＇s coefficient of concordance of two rounds of expert consultation were 0.58 and 0.65 respectively.Conclusion The “four-dimensional” intervention model for rehabilitation of hand burnt patients included four major areas, which were, namely, and function rehabilitation, mental function rehabilitation, social function rehabilitation and health education, and involved nursing observation, wound care, rehabilitation training, psychological counseling, social support and other nursing points with comprehensive contents, reflecting the humanistic care of hand burnt patients and their families, and laying the foundation for the rehabilitation of the patients.
