摘要
云南省是高原农业大省,地处老、少、边、贫地区,经济发展滞后,是脱贫攻坚的重中之重。根据云南省农业发展的资源优势与区位优势,结合云南省高原特色农业发展的战略思路,对昆明市禄劝、寻甸、东川三个国家级贫困县进行调查,探讨高原特色农业助推脱贫攻坚的基本做法、主要成效及其启示。
Yunnan provincelocated in marginal and poor areas, is a large agricultural province in the plateau, and it is the key point ares of poverty alleviation. According to the resourceand regional ad- vantage of agricultural development in yunnan province, combining with the strategic thinking of char- acteristic agricultural development in yunnan plateau, this paper conducts a suryey in three national- level poverty-strickencounties of Luquan, Xundian and Dongchuan, and explores the basic fundamen-tals, main efficiency and enlightenment.
