摘要
通过对《刘涓子鬼遗方》治疗痈疽相关内容的整理,从病名病机、辨证治法、遣方用药等方面剖析了刘涓子治疗痈疽的治疗思想和用药经验。刘涓子根据痈疽的发病特点、症状特征及病势过程分期论治,认为痈疽发病之病理因素为火热,主要发病机理为热毒郁滞、血壅肉腐,故以清热解毒为基本治疗大法,时刻不忘祛火有路,使火散热消;组方以"托"为主重用黄芪,营卫、气血同调,内外兼治,以多种剂型配合灵活的用药思路,为当代外科临床与学术发展提供了宝贵经验。
This paper aims to summarize and analyze the thoughts and experience about ulcer diseases in the Liu Juan Zi Gui Yi Fang. Reorganizing the related content of ulcer diseases can discover three aspects of its characteristics. They are names and pathogenesis,the syndrome differentiation treatment methods and prescriptions and traditional herbs of Chinese medicine of ulcer diseases. According to the incidence characteristics,symptom characteristics and the process of ulcer,LIU always used different treatments at different stages. LIU＇s view is that the pathological factor of ulcer is heat-toxic,which can lead to blood stasis. So it is necessary to use heat-clear and detoxification as the basic treatments. ＂Tuo＂is the main method in the whole process which can expel the swell skin and pus. At last,the research achievements is using Huang Qi frequently,adjusting the Ying-Wei,Qi and blood,combining internal and external treatments and using various dosage forms to cooperate with flexible treatments. This book provides some valuable experience for the clinical and academic development of modern surgical medicine.
