基于水足迹的福建省沿海-内陆地区城市水资源可持续利用分析 被引量:2

Analysis of Sustainable Utilization of Urban Water Resources in Coastal-inland Areas of Fujian Province Based on Water Footprint

摘要 为了真实地揭示福建省水资源利用现状,基于虚拟水、水足迹理论,构建水资源承载能力、水资源利用评价指标,定量测度并对比福建省内陆、沿海地区的水足迹,分析评价各区域的水资源可持续利用状态。结果显示:①2002~2016年,福建全省水足迹呈快速增长趋势,其农畜产品虚拟水消费量占较大比重。全省水资源匮乏度较大,处于不可持续利用状态;水资源压力较大,水资源进口依赖度逐年攀升。相比内陆地区,沿海地区经济发展较快,对水资源的消耗更多,水资源压力更大;②研究期间,福建省经济较快发展,消耗了大量水资源,但水资源创造的效益也越来越多,特别是沿海地区。可见水资源的丰缺和时空分布影响着地区经济的发展,水资源的利用效率在一定程度上可反映区域社会经济的发展水平。 In order to reveal the present situation of water resoures utilization in Fujian Province, based on the virtu- al water and water footprint theory, it was constructed the water resoures carrying capacity and water resourees utiliza- tion evaluation index to quantitatively measur and compare the water footprint at inland and coastal areas in Fujian Province, so as to analyze and evaluate the sustainable utilization of water resourees in various regions. The results showed that : re) from 2002 to 2016, the water footprint of Fujian Province showed a rapid growth trend, and the virtual water consumption of agricultural and livestock products accounted for a large proportion. The water resourees of the whole province are in a state of unsustainable utilization because of the great shortage of water resoures. Due to the heavy pressure of water resoures, the dependence on import of water resourees is increased year by year. Compared with inland areas, economic development coastal areas was faster, that resulted in more water consumption and greater pressure on water resourees ; reduring the study period, Fujiang economy developed rapidly and consumed a lot of water resources. But the benefits created by the water resources creation also increased, especially in coastal areas. It is clear that the abundant or shortage and space - time distribution of water resources affects the development of regional economy. The utilization efficiency of water resources can reflect the development level of regional social economy to a certain extent.
