摘要
本文以‘巨峰’‘夏黑’‘红地球’葡萄为试材,探究不同浓度甲哌鎓、矮壮素、烯效唑、调环酸钙等生长调节剂在控制葡萄枝梢生长上的应用效果及对幼果生长的影响。结果表明:矮壮素在控制‘巨峰’葡萄新梢生长上效果最好,甲哌鎓在控制‘夏黑’葡萄枝梢生长上效果最好,烯效唑在控制‘夏黑’‘红地球’葡萄枝梢生长上应用效果均较好,而调环酸钙对葡萄新梢生长控制作用效果不稳定。同时,矮壮素在一定程度上降低了‘夏黑’葡萄果实的糖度,而甲哌鎓对‘夏黑’葡萄糖度积累有一定促进作用。
Using 'Kyoho' 'Summer Black' 'Red Globe' as test material, this paper focused on diferent concentration of plant growth regulator such as mepiquat chloride, chlormequat, uniconazol, prohexadione calcium in controlling of shoot growth and their efect on growth of young fruit. Results indicated that, chlormequat had the best efect in controlling the growth of new shoot of 'Kyoho', mepiquat chloride had the best efect in controlling the shoot growth of 'Summer Black', uniconazole had the best efect in controlling the shoot growth of both of 'Summer Black' and 'Red Globe', while the efect of prohexadione calcium is not stable in controlling the new shoot growth of grape. Meanwhile, in some degree, chlormequat reduced sugar content of 'Summer Black', but mepiquat chloride promoted the accumulation of sugar content of 'Summer Black'.
