摘要
结合生产的实践情况,利用几种淋膜和纺黏非织造布,对材料力学性能、顶破强度、透气性、透湿性、尺寸稳定性、热收缩率等进行测试,并从外观和非织造布结构等角度,分析了淋膜和纺黏非织造布的性能和特点,同时分析比较了不同克质量的试样。通过实验得出了不同克质量的非织造布具有不同的力学性能和较为稳定的结构,发现非织造布的克质量、厚度和结构特征等对以上性能影响较大,并有一定的相关关系,得出淋膜非织造布材料具有独特的性能,适合开发各类功能性产品,在医用等方面有着广泛的应用前景。
By using several kinds of coated spunbonded nonwovens, the mechanical performance, bursting strength,gas permeability,moisture permeability,sample dimensional stability,thermal shrinkage are tested. From the point of view of appearance and structure of nonwovens,the properties and characteristics of coated spunbonded nonwovens are analyzed. At the same time,the samples with different grams were analyzed and compared. The experimental results show that the nonwovens of different grams have different mechanical properties and relatively stable structures. It is found that the weight,thickness and structural characteristics of nonwovens have great influence on the above properties,and there is a certain correlation between them. It is concluded that the coated spunbonded nonwovens have unique properties and are suitable for the development of various functional products and have a wide application prospect in medical and other fields.
