摘要
作为中华文明宝贵的精神财富,工匠精神有着丰富的时代内涵和价值。工匠精神的内涵体现为匠心、匠艺、匠魂、匠行四个方面。它是大学生成长成才的坚固基石,是社会主义核心价值观的内在维度,是高校可持续发展的不竭动力。通过构建价值认同、立足思政理论课、强化实践教育、创设校园文化等多元路径,能有效促进高校工匠精神的弘扬和培育。
As the precious spiritual wealth of Chinese civilization,the craftsman spirit has rich connotation and value of the times.Craftsman spirit is embodied in the creation,skills,soul and behaviors of craftsman.It is the solid foundation for the growth of college students,the inner dimension of the socialist core values,and the inexhaustible motive for the sustainable development of universities.Craftsman spirit can be cultivated in universities through value identification,courses of ideological and political education,practical training and campus culture.
