海藻酸钠阻燃剂防火性能的实验研究 被引量:5

摘要 基于海藻酸钠自有的结构特性以及燃烧过程中表现出较好的耐火性能,考察了加入不同量的海藻酸钠对聚氨酯泡沫耐火性能的影响。结果表明,随着海藻酸钠加入量的增加,聚氨酯复合材料的碳化程度急剧降低,产烟量明显减少,氧指数增加。当加入的海藻酸钠约为聚氨酯的3/4时,其燃烧现象基本终止,继续加入海藻酸钠,产烟量减少率基本不变,氧指数变化趋势趋缓。 Based on the properties of the sodium alginate and the good fire resistance in the combustion process, the effect of different amount of sodium alginate on the refractory properties of polyurethane foam was studied. It was found out that with the addition of sodium alginate, the carbonization degree dropped significantly, and the amount of tobacco smoke was considerably reduced, while the oxygen index increased. When the addition of sodium alginate is about 3/4 of the number of polyurethane, the combustion phenomenon is basically terminated. When the sodium alginate continues to be added in, the decrease rate of the smoke volume is basically unchanged, and the change trend of oxygen index is moderated.
