摘要
目的分析健康体检人群中脂肪肝与血脂、血糖及肥胖的关系。方法对4 099位健康体检者行腹部彩超检查,分析脂肪肝情况;并展开生化检验与体格检查,分析脂肪肝和血脂、血糖、肥胖之间的关系。结果脂肪肝患者的TG、TC、空腹血糖水平及BMI均明显高于非脂肪肝体检者,且脂肪肝患者的单纯高胆固醇血症、单纯高甘油三酯血症、混合型高血脂症、高血糖发生率均明显高于非脂肪肝体检者,超重与肥胖患者比例明显高于非脂肪肝体检者(P<0.05)。结论脂肪肝和血脂、血糖及肥胖均有一定关系,对于肥胖、高血糖及高血脂患者应加强健康教育,注意及时检查并发现脂肪肝,以便及时治疗。
Objective To analyze the relationship between fatty liver,blood lipid, blood glucose and obesity in healthyexamination people. Methods A total of 4 099 piysical examination persons were examined by abdominal color ultrasound toanalyze the status of fatty liver, and the biochemical test and physical examination were carried out to analyze therelationship between fatty liver, blood lipid, blood glucose and obesity. Results The levels of TG, TC, fasting blood glucoseand BMI in fatty liver patients were significantly higher than those in non-fatty liver healthy persons. The incidences ofsimple hypercholesterolemia, simple hypertriglyceridemia, mixed hyperlipidemia and hyperglycemia in fatty liver patientswere significantly higher than those in non -fatty liver healthy persons, the proportions of overweight and obesity weresignificantly higher than those of non-fatty liver healthy persons （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Fatty liver has a certain relationshipwith blood lipid, blood glucose and obesity. For obesity, hyperglycemia and hyperlipidemia patients, it should strengthenhealth education, and pay attention to prompt detection and find fatty liver so as to treat timely.
