摘要
目的探讨血府逐瘀汤治疗老年骨质疏松性脊柱压缩性骨折的临床效果。方法选择2014年9月至2017年1月在我院诊治的老年骨质疏松性脊柱压缩性骨折患者88例作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法将患者分为观察组与对照组,各44例。对照组给予阿仑膦酸钠片治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上给予血府逐瘀汤治疗。两组患者均连续治疗3个月。比较两组患者的临床疗效及骨密度变化。结果观察组与对照组的治疗总有效率分别为97.73%和88.64%,观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者腰椎L3~S1的骨密度均显著升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论血府逐瘀汤治疗老年骨质疏松性脊柱压缩性骨折能提高患者的骨密度,改善预后,有很好的应用价值。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Xuefu Zhuyu decoction in the treatment of elderly osteoporoticvertebral compression fractures. Methods Eighty-eight elderly patients with osteoporotic vertebral compression fracturestreated in our hospital from September 2014 to January 2017 were selected as study objects and divided into observationgroup and control group according to the random number table method, with 44 cases in each group. The control group wastreated with alendronate sodium tablets, the observation group was treated with Xuefu Zhuyu decoction on the basis of thetreatment of the control group, both groups were treated for 3 months. The clinical effects and the bone density of patientsbetween the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group and thecontrol group were 97.73% and 88.64%, respectively. The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group washigher than that in the control group （P〈0.05）. After treatment, the bone mineral density of lumbar vertebraeL3 -S1significantly increased in the two groups, and that of the observation group was higher than the control group （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Xuefu Zhuyu decoction in the treatment of elderly osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures can increase thebone mineral density and improve the prognosis. It has a very good application value.
