摘要
化疗配合中医药治疗对改善Ⅲ~Ⅳ期胃癌患者预后、生活质量等有明确效果。但往往胃癌患者化疗前后中医证型会有变化,随着病情的发展、化疗周期数的增多,临床上常可见虚性症状较前增多,严重者甚至影响下一阶段治疗。通过回顾性分析2012年1月1日—2017年3月30日广州中医药大学第一附属医院肿瘤中心收治的Ⅲ~Ⅳ期胃癌患者,化疗配合中医药治疗2周期前后证型的分布及变化情况,使用SPSS 21.0软件统计数据,得出化疗前后患者中医证型分布情况及化疗后虚性症状明显增多,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。从而提示我们临床上治疗Ⅲ~Ⅳ期胃癌患者时要注意酌情使用补益类药物。
The chemotherapy combined with traditional Chinese medicine treatment has significant effect for prognosis and living quality, etc. of the patients with stage III-IV gastric cancer. However, the TCM syndrome changes before and after the chemotherapy in patients with stage III-IV gastric cancer. As the progression of disease and increase of chemotherapy cycles, virtual symptoms are clinically more frequent than before; it even influences serious person ＇s next stage of treatment. Based on the retrospective analysis of the patients with stage III-IV gastric cancer at the Cancer Center of the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine from January 1, 2012 to March 20, 2017, as well as the distribution and changes of syndrome types before and after 2 cycles of chemotherapy combined with traditional Chinese medicine treatment, using SPSS21.0 for statistical data, it indicates that the patients＇ distribution of TCM syndrome before and after chemotherapy and virtual symptoms after chemotherapy increase significantly;and the difference has statistical significance（ P0.05）. Thus, it suggests that we should pay attention to the use of tonic medicine as appropriate upon clinical treatment of patients with stage III-IV gastric cancer.
