IL-4、IL-6、IL-10基因多态性与中国汉族人群肺结核易感性的相关性研究 被引量:4

Association between IL-4, IL-6 and IL-10 gene polymorphisms and the susceptibility to pulmonary tuberculosis in Chinese Han population

摘要 目的探讨白介素(interleukin,IL)-4、IL-6、IL-10基因多态性与中国汉族人群肺结核易感性的相关性。方法自2016年1月至2018年1月,连续性收集本院收治的肺结核患者200例纳入观察组,同期收集至本院体检的健康成人200例纳入对照组。观察两组研究对象IL-4、IL-6、IL-10基因多态性。结果观察组IL-4基因rs2070874基因型为CC、CT、TT的患者占比分别为5.00%、15.00%、80.00%,对照组分别为11.50%、24.00%、64.50%,两组比较差异具有显著性(P<0.001)。两组研究对象IL-4基因rs2227282基因多态性分布差异无显著性(P>0.05)。观察组IL-6基因rs2069837基因型为GG、GA、AA的患者占比分别为14.00%、24.00%、62.00%,对照组分别为9.00%、17.50%、73.50%,两组比较差异具有显著性(P=0.046)。观察组IL-6基因rs1554286基因型为TT、CT、CC的患者占比分别为9.00%、21.00%、70.00%,对照组分别为15.00%、31.50%、53.50%,两组比较差异具有显著性(P=0.003)。观察组IL-10基因rs1554286基因型为GG、GA、AA的患者占比分别为27.50%、49.00%、23.50%,对照组分别为17.00%、42.50%、40.50%,两组比较差异具有显著性(P=0.001)。观察组IL-10基因rs1518111基因型为CC、CT、TT的患者占比分别为21.50%、46.00%、2.50%,对照组分别为15.00%、40.00%、45.00%,两组比较差异具有显著性(P=0.028)。结论中国汉族人群肺结核患者IL-4、IL-6、IL-10基因呈多态性分布,与肺结核感染存在相关性。 ObjectiveTo investigate the association of interleukin (IL)-4, IL-6 and IL-10 gene polymorphisms with susceptibility of pulmonary tuberculosis in Chinese Han population. MethodFrom January 2016 to January 2018, 200 cases of pulmonary tuberculosis patients in our hospital were collected as observation group, and 200 healthy adults were collected in our hospital during the same period as control group. The polymorphisms of IL-4, IL-6 and IL-10 genes were observed between the two groups. ResultThe proportion of rs2070874 genotypes with CC, CT and TT of IL-4 gene in observation group was 5.00%, 15.00% and 80.00% respectively, and which was 11.50%, 24.00% and 64.50% in control group respectively, the difference was statistically signiffcant (P〈0.001). There was no signiffcant difference in the gene polymorphism distribution of genotype rs2227282 of IL-4 between the two groups (P 〉 0.05). The proportion of rs2069837 genotypes with GG, GA and AA of IL-6 gene in observation group was 14.00%, 24.00% and 62.00%, and which was 9.00%, 17.50% and 73.50% in control group respectively, and the difference was statistically signiffcant (P=0.046). The proportion of rs1554286 genotypes with TT, CT and CC of IL-6 gene was 9.00%, 21.00% and 70.00% respectivelyand which was 15.00%, 31.50% and 53.50% in control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P =0.003). The proportion of rs1554286 genotypes with GG, GA and AA of IL-10 gene in observation group was 27.50%, 49.00% and 23.50% respectively, and which was 17.00%, 42.50% and 40.50% in control group respectively, and the difference was statistically signiffcant (P=0.001). The proportion of rs1518111 genotypes with CC, CT and TT of IL-10 gene in observation group was 21.50%, 46.00% and 32.50% respectively, and which was 15.00%, 40.00% and 45.00% in control group respectively, and the difference was statistically significant (P = 0.028). ConclusionThe distribution of IL-4, IL-6 and IL-10 genes in Chinese Han population is polymorphic, leading to an increased susceptibility to pulmonary tuberculosis.
