摘要
以亚磷酸三甲酯和一缩二丙二醇为原料,采用有机胺为催化剂,制得三(一缩二丙二醇)亚磷酸酯。最佳的工艺条件为:三氯化磷和一缩二丙二醇的物料比为1:1,催化剂有机碱的用量为原料总质量的5%,反应温度为30~85℃,反应时间为5~8 h,产品收率达90.5%。
Trimethyl (dipropylene glycol) phosphite was synthesized from trimethyl phosphite and dipropylene glycol using organic amine as a catalyst. The optimum process conditions are as follows: the ma- terial ratio between phosphorous trichloride and dipropylene glycol is 1:1, the catalyst of organic amine is 5% of the total mass of materials, the reaction temperature is 30-85℃, the reaction time is 5-8 hours, as a result, the obtained yield rate will be up to 90.5%.
