生长素抑制油菜素内酯导致的水稻根不对称生长 被引量:1

Auxin Inhibits Asymmetric Growth of Oryza sativa L. Primary Root Induced by Brassinosteroids

摘要 外源施加10^(-2) mg/L 2,4表油菜素内酯(2,4-Epibrassinolide,2,4-eBL)能导致水稻(Oryza sativa L.)初生根发生不对称生长形成波浪形弯曲和卷曲。施加高浓度生长素能够抑制此现象,同时DR5-GUS结果表明在发生不对称生长的根中,根内圈生长素分布较高。本文阐述了外源施加生长素抑制2,4-eBL导致的水稻根不对称生长现象,为探究油菜素内酯与生长素之间的相互关系提供理论依据。 Exogenous application of 10-2 mg/L 2, 4-epibrassinolide(2,4-e BL) resulted in asymmetric growth of Oryza sativa L. primary root, forming wave and coiling. High concentration of auxin could inhibit this phenomenon, DR5-GUS showed that auxin was higher in the inner ring of asymmetric growth roots. 2, 4-epibrassinolide induced asymmetric growth of the root of O. sativa L., and this could be inhibited by auxin, which a providing theoretical basis for the study of the relationship between brassinolide and auxin.
