摘要
随着工程教育专业认证受到越来越多的关注,其对教师和高校均提出了新的要求。尤其是青年教师工程实践能力是对工程应用型人才培养质量的关键影响因素之一。首先从三方面分析了青年教师工程实践能力的现状,即传统人才培养模式对青年教师工程实践能力的制约,面向工程实践能力培养的岗前培训流于形式化以及青年教师缺乏工程实践锻炼的机会。其次,面向工程教育专业认证提出了青年教师工程实践能力培养的目标。最后从建立和强化青年教师的岗前工程实践能力培训机制、构建以青年教师为主体的产学研项目培育基地、以政策引导青年教师持续加强工程实践能力培养三方面对青年教师工程实践能力培养机制的构建进行了阐述,促进青年教师工程实践能力的提升并推动工程教育质量的发展。
With more and more attention paid to the engineering education accreditation, new demands are proposed for both teachers and universities. Particularly, the engineering practice ability of the young teachers is one of the main factors which affect the training quality of the application-oriented talents of engineering. In this paper, the current state of the engineering practice ability of the young teacher is firstly analyzed from three respects. Traditional education mode restricts the engineering practice ability of the young teachers. The pre-employment training for improving the engineering practice ability becomes a mere formality. And the young teachers lack the chance of engineering practice training. Secondly, the goals of training the engineering practice ability of the young teachers are proposed towards the engineering education accreditation. Finally, the mechanism for training the engineering practice ability of the young teachers are illustrated from three respects, e.g. the establishment and reinforcement of the pre-employment training mechanism of the engineering practice ability for the young teachers, construction of the producing- learning-researching project center with young teacher as the subject, continuous improvement of the engineering practice ability training with polices guidance. It can improve engineering practice ability of the young teacher and promote the development of the engineering education quality.
