摘要
目的探讨慢性骨髓炎老年患者的护理风险管理及其防范措施,以提高护理安全有关的有效管理,为老年患者提供一流护理。方法通过对2 350例骨科慢性骨髓炎老年住院患者护理特点,分析了该类住院患者护理风险管理中存在的护理风险因素,制定有效的护理风险策略及护理安全流程,同时探讨了降低潜在护理风险因素的方法,并对慢性骨髓炎老年患者的护理风险因素进行了早期干预。结果 2 350例老年慢性骨髓炎患者,外伤性四肢骨折伴发的慢性骨髓炎占比高于病理性骨折术后慢性骨髓炎占比(78.0%vs. 7.87%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01);实施护理风险管理前后比较,慢性骨髓炎老年患者的护理满意度从83.5%上升到98.8%,患者的意见数从28件降至2件,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.01)。结论对老年慢性骨髓炎患者实施护理风险管理及其早期干预,并制定有效的护理制度,可有效防范护理风险发生及改善骨科慢性骨髓炎老年患者的护理质量。
Objective To explore the nursing risk management and preventive measures for elderly patients with chronic osteomyelitis so as to improve the effective management of nursing safety and provide frst-class nursing for elderly patients. Methods The nursing characteristics of 2 350 elderly inpatients with chronic osteomyelitis in Department of orthopedics were analyzed. The nursing risk factors in nursing risk management of inpatients were analyzed, and effective nursing risk strategies and nursing safety procedures were formulated. At the same time, the methods to reduce the potential nursing risk factors were discussed, and the nursing risk factors of elderly patients with chronic osteomyelitis were intervened early. Results The incidence of chronic osteomyelitis after traumatic limb fracture was higher than that after pathological fracture in 2 350 elderly patients with chronic osteomyelitis （78.0% vs. 7.87%）. The difference was statistically signifcant （P 〈 0.01）. Before and after the implementation of nursing risk management, the satisfaction of elderly patients with chronic osteomyelitis increased from 83.5% to 98.8%, and the number of patients＇ opinions dropped from 28 to 2, the difference was statistically signifcant （P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion The implementation of nursing risk management and early intervention for elderly patients with chronic osteomyelitis and the formulation of effective nursing system can effectively prevent the occurrence of nursing risk and improve these elderly patients＇ nursing quality with chronic osteomyelitis in osteology .
