综合康复对肱骨近端骨折术后功能性的影响研究

The Effect of Comprehensive Rehabilitation on Postoperative Function of Proximal Humerus Fracture

摘要 目的探讨综合康复对肱骨近端骨折术后功能性的影响。方法选取2015年5月——2017年6月我院诊疗的56例肱骨近端骨折术后患者作为研究对象,将其随机分为研究组和对照组,每组各28例。于对照组进行传统康复指导,于研究组进行综合康复治疗。14周后,比较两组在康复治疗后,患者对治疗的满意度。结果研究组治疗的优良率高于对照组,且研究组并发症的发生率低于对照组,两组对比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肱骨近端骨折术后采用综合康复治疗可增加患者的满意度,减少术后并发症的发生几率。
