摘要
本文采用文献资料法、调查法等对长春市经营性乒乓球俱乐部的开展方式与运营管理进行调查分析。结果表明:长春市经营性乒乓球俱乐部开展方式以个体和中小型为主,消费以会员制为主,消费群体以中老年人为主,消费动机以健身、娱乐为主,消费类型呈多样化发展。管理人员综合管理能力较强,但宣传效果较差,没有达到品牌效应的经营效果。
Using the methods of literature., investigation and so on, this paper conducts an investigation and analysis of the operation mode and operation management of the operating table tennis club in Changehun. The results show that : the mode of operation table tennis club in Changehun is dominated by individuals and small and medium- sized enterprises ; the consumption is dominated by membership ; the consumer groups are dominated by the middle- aged and the elderly; the consumption motivation is dominated by fitness and entertainment; the consumption types are diversified. The comprehensive management ability of managers is strong, but the propaganda effect is poor, and the business effect of achieving brand effect is not achieved.
