摘要
妊娠代谢性疾病是与妊娠期代谢异常密切相关的一组疾病,其中包括子痫前期、妊娠期糖尿病、妊娠代谢综合征和妊娠期肥胖等。随着二胎政策的开放,高龄产妇及妊娠代谢性疾病逐年增多,严重威胁着母胎安全,是我国政府、社会、医务人员共同面对的挑战和责任。近几年代谢组学发展非常迅速,其在妊娠及胎儿医学相关的研究也日益增加。本文就代谢组学在妊娠代谢性疾病的发病机制、早期筛查以及临床干预治疗等方面的研究进展进行阐述。
The gestational metabolic disease is closely related to abnormalities in pregnancy, including a group of dis-eases such as preeelampsia, gestational diabetes mellitus, metabolic syndrome and gestational obesity during pregnancy. With the opening policy of the second child, the metabolic diseases of pregnancy are increasing year by year seriously threatening the safety of maternal fetal pregnancy,which is a challenge and responsibility of our government, soeieU and medical staff. With the rapid development of metabolonlies in recent years, the research on pregnancy and fetal medicine is also increasing greatly. Here reviews the recent progress of metabolomies in the pathogenesis, early screening and clinical intervention of gestational metabolic diseases.
