摘要
目的探讨南京市独居老人日常生活能力及其影响因素。方法采用多阶段随机抽样的方法随机抽取南京市184名独居老人。采用一般人口学特征问卷、日常生活能力量表、简易认知状态问卷、慢性病患病状况问卷、简明版老年人抑郁评定量表、简明Lubben社会网络量表进行调查,采用回归模型分析独居老人日常生活能力的影响因素。结果南京市独居老人日常生活能力量表总得分为(17.6±5.7)分;日常生活能力正常者83人(45.1%),轻度受损者68人(37.0%),重度受损者33人(17.9%)。年龄、教育程度、慢性病数量和抑郁状况是独居老人日常生活能力的影响因素(均P<0.05)。结论南京市独居老人日常生活能力受损较为严重,尤其是年纪大、教育程度低、有多种慢性病和抑郁症状的独居老人。
Objective To investigate the activities of daily living and their influencing factors among elderly people living alone in Nanjing City. Methods A total of 184 elderly people who lived alone in Nanjing City were randomly selected by the multi-stage random sampling method. And a survey was conducted using the general demographic characteristics questionnaire, Activities of Daily Living Scale, Short Portable Mental Status Questionnaire, chronic disease status questionnaire, simplified Geriatric Depression Scale, and abbreviated version of Lubben Social Network Scale. Regression model was used to analyze the influencing factors of activities of daily living of elderly people living alone. Results For elderly people living alone in Nanjing City, the total score of Activities of Daily Living Scale was 17.6 ⊥5.7 points;83 people（45.1% ） had normal activities of daily living,68 （37.0%） suffered mild impairment and 33 （ 17.9% ） suffered severe impairment. Age, education background, category of chronic diseases suffered, and depressive symptom were the factors influencing activities of daily living of elderly people living alone（ all P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Severe impairment in activities of daily living is seen in elderly people living alone in Nanjing City, especially in those with advanced age, poor education, multiple chronic diseases or depressive symptom.
