摘要
本研究通过系统查阅近20年来的相关文献,认为扶正固本的疗法能提高肿瘤患者的免疫功能及生活质量,延长患者的生存期。尤对中药黄芪的抗肿瘤活性成分以及其抗肿瘤作用机理、治疗骨髓抑制、减毒增效等方面进行了较为系统的归纳和综述,以期为黄芪的进一步研究和开发提供参考。
Through systematic review of the relevant literature in the last 20 years, this study believes that the therapy of strengthening and consolidating body resistance can improve the immune function and quality of life of patients with tumor and prolong their life. This study particularly carries out a systematic summary and review in terms of the anti-tumor active components of Chinese herbal medicine Radix Astragali, its anti-tumor mechanism, its therapeutic effect on myelosuppression, its performance on reducing toxicity and increasing the therapeutic effect,in order to provide reference for further research and development of Radix Astragali.
