摘要
目的探讨经皮穴位电刺激对脑垂体瘤手术患者术后并发症及生活质量的影响。方法选取2014年5月至2016年7月期间120例择期行垂体瘤手术患者为研究对象,按随机数表法分为对照组(n=60)和观察组(n=60)。观察组采用经皮穴位电刺激治疗,对照组只在相同穴位贴皮肤自粘电极,不通电。随访3个月,比较两组治疗前后临床症状、生存质量变化及术后并发症发生情况。结果与治疗前比较,两组中医症候积分治疗后3个月均明显下降,而生理功能、社会功能、生理职能、躯体疼痛、精神健康、情感职能、活力、总体健康评分均明显上升,且观察组上述观察指标均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组术后并发症发生率明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对脑垂体瘤手术患者采用经皮穴位电刺激治疗,可显著提高临床疗效,缓解临床症状,减少术后并发症发生,提高手术效果,促进患者身体恢复,提高生存质量,优势显著,值得临床推广。
Objective To explore the effects of transcutaneous electrical acupoint stimulation（TEAS） on postoperative complications and the quality of life in the patients with pituitary tumor. Methods From May 2014 to July 2016,120 cases of selective operation of pituitary tumor were collected as the subjects in the hospital. According to the random number table,they were divided into a control group（n = 60） and an observation group（n = 60）. In the observation group,TEAS was adopted. In the control group,the self-bonded electrodes were used at the same points with electric stimulation. After the follow-up visit for 3 months,the clinical symptoms,the quality of life（QOL） and the postoperative complications were compared before and after treatment in the two groups. Results Compared with those before treatment,after 3-month treatment,TCM symptom scores were reduced obviously in the two groups,and the scores of physiological function,social function,physical role function,body pain,mental health,emotional role function and vitality as well as the total health score were all increased remarkably in the two groups. The indexes in the observation group were better than the control group,indicating the significant difference（P〈0.05）. The incidence of the postoperative complications in the observation group was lower obviously than the control group,indicating the significant difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion TEAS significantly improves the clinical efficacy,relieves the clinical symptoms,reduces the occurrence of the postoperative complications,improves the operative effects and promotes the body recovery and QOL in the patients with the pituitary tumor operation. This therapy displays the significant advantages and deserves to be promoted in clinic.
