摘要
目的探究中药熏洗联合个性化护理干预对痔疮患者手术效果的影响。方法将140例痔疮术后患者作为研究对象,随机分成两组。对照组患者进行高锰酸钾溶液熏洗联合基本护理干预治疗,而联合干预组患者进行中药熏洗联合个性化中西医结合护理干预,连续干预两周,对两组患者干预前后VAS评分、痔疮症状指标、术后康复指标以及干预后的并发症发生情况、临床疗效进行分析。结果干预后两组患者在VAS评分、痔疮症状指标及术后康复指标等方面均有显著改善(P<0.05),且联合干预组的改善程度明显优于对照组(P<0.05);而干预后联合干预组的并发症发生情况较对照组少;联合干预组治疗后临床疗效明显优于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药熏洗联合个性化护理干预治疗痔疮疗效显著。
Objective To explore the effect of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation combined with personalized nursing intervention on the operation of hemorrhoids patients. Methods A total of 140 patients with hemorrhoids were randomly divided into two groups： control group and combined intervention group. The patients in the control group were treated with potassium permanganate solution fumigation combined with basic nursing intervention,and patients in the intervention group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation combined with personalized Chinese and western medicine nursing intervention. For two weeks,the VAS score of the two groups before and after intervention,Hemorrhoids symptoms,postoperative rehabilitation indicators and the incidence of complications after the intervention,the clinical efficacy of differences in analysis. Results After the treatment,the two groups had significant improvement in VAS score,hemorrhoid symptom index and postoperative rehabilitation index（P〈0.05）,and the improvement degree of the combined intervention group was better than that of the control group（P〈0.05） The complication and clinical curative effect of the intervention group were significantly better than those of the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine fumigation combined with personalized nursing intervention can effectively relieve the postoperative pain of patients with hemorrhoids and improve the clinical symptoms of patients,which can effectively reduce the adverse reaction after hemorrhage and improve the long-term prognosis of patients with hemorrhoids.
