摘要
为观察红光照射治疗脑卒中并3期压力性损伤的疗效,将66例脑卒中并3期压力性损伤患者随机分为对照组和观察组,各33例。观察组采用红光联合康复新液加生长因子治疗,对照组仅用康复新液加生长因子治疗,两组均采取相同的护理干预措施。对两组患者的好转时间、临床疗效、疼痛评分分别进行评定。实验组在压力性损伤的好转时间、临床疗效、疼痛评分,与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义。实验结果表明,红光照射联合康复新液和生长因子治疗压力性损伤可缩短好转时间、促进创面愈合,减轻患者疼痛。
To observe the effect of red light irradiation on patients with cerebral apoplexy and 3 period pressure ulcers,66 patients with cerebral apoplexy and 3 period pressure ulcers were randomly divided into control group and observation group（ 33 cases each group）.The observation group used red light irradiation combined with Kangfuxin liquid plus growth factor for treatment,and the control group only used with Kangfuxin liquid plus growth factor for treatment,the two groups were given the same nursing intervention measures.The improvement time,clinical effect and pain score of the two groups were evaluated respectively. The improvement time,clinical effect and pain score of the observation group were compared with the control group,and the difference was statistically significant. The experiments results shows that red light irradiation combined with Kangfuxin liquid and growth factor in the treatment of pressure ulcers can shorten the recovery time,promote wound healing,reduce the pain of patients.
