摘要
目的将自编负性认知加工偏向问卷施测于军人群体,以进一步探索问卷的结构及信度。方法通过问卷调查法[负性认知加工偏向问卷(Negative Cognitive Processing Bias Questionnaire,NCPBQ)、状态—特质焦虑问卷(State Trait Anxiety Inventory,STAI)以及流调中心用抑郁量表(Center For Epidemiological Survey-Depression Scale,CES-D)],对某部4 631名军人进行测查。并对所收集数据进行统计分析,以检测负性认知加工偏向问卷的结构以及信度指标。结果最终保留问卷的13个题项,删除负性解释偏向这一维度的题项,保留负性注意偏向、负性记忆偏向、负性沉思偏向3个维度,3个维度共可解释总问卷60.78%的变异;模型拟合指标都在标准范围之内(RMSEA=0.05,GFI=0.974,NFI=0.967,CFI=0.970,IFI=0.970)。问卷及各维度的内部一致性信度在0.79~0.89之间,各维度之间及其与总分之间呈正相关(r为0.57~0.89,P<0.01),各维度及总分与流调中心用抑郁量表总分呈正相关(r为0.41~0.53,P<0.01)。结论经过删减后的负性认知加工偏向问卷在军人群体中的测量具有良好的信效度。
Objective To examine the reliability and validity of the Negative Cognitive Processing Bias Questionnaire（NCPBQ） in military personnel. Methods A total of 4 631 military personnel were tested using the NCPBQ,Center for Epidemiological Survey-Depression Scale（CES-D）,and State-Trait Anxiety Inventory（STAI）. The collected data were statistically analyzed to assess the structure and reliability of the NCPBQ. Results The final version of NCPBQ included 13 items in 3 dimensions covering negative attention bias,negative memory bias and negative rumination bias. These 3 dimensions accounted for 60. 78% of the total variance of the questionnaire. The 3-dimension model fitting indexes of NCPBQ were within the standard range（RMSEA = 0. 05,GFI = 0. 974,NFI = 0. 967,CFI = 0. 970,and IFI = 0. 970）. The Cronbach＇s αcoefficient of the total questionnaire score and the scores of the 3 dimensions ranged from 0. 79 to 0. 89. The scores for negative attention bias,negative memory bias,and negative rumination bias all showed significant positive correlations with the total score of the questionnaire（r = 0. 57 ~ 0. 89,P 0. 01）. The CES-D score was positively correlated with the total NCPBQ score and the scores for negative attention bias,negative memory bias and negative rumination bias（r = 0. 41 ~ 0. 53,P 0. 01）. Conclusion The NCPBQ is of high reliability and validity for measurement among military personnel after appropriate modification.
