摘要
葛根芩连制剂源于《伤寒论》所载的葛根芩连汤。文章比较分析了五种不同剂型葛根芩连制剂(包括片剂、微丸、胶囊、颗粒及口服液)的质量标准、各药味的定性鉴别以及含量测定,总结了葛根芩连制剂在解热、抑菌及糖尿病治疗的临床应用及联用药效,以供中医药创新研发及临床用药参考。
In this paper, the quality standards, the qualitative identification and the content determination of five different dosage forms of Gegen Qinlian preparations including tablet, micropill, capsule, granule and oral liquid were compared and analyzed.In addition, the clinical application and the combined efficacy of Gegen Qinlian preparations with other drugs in antipyretic, antibacterial and diabetes treatment were summarized. It provides the reference for the innovation and research of Chinese medicine and the clinical application of Gegen Qinlian preparations.
