摘要
对国产某重型发动机出现的气缸套异常磨损问题进行了分析,通过金相组织检测、微观形貌分析、油样检测等过程,确定劣质柴油中氯元素腐蚀气缸套是导致气缸套异常磨损的主要原因。针对问题原因,提出了一种预防措施。
The problem of abnormal wear of cylinder liners in a domestic heavy-duty engine was analyzed.Through the process of metallographic structure detection, micro-morphology analysis and oil sample detection, it was determined that the Chlorine in low-grade diesel oil was the main cause of the corrosion of cylinder liner leading abnormal wear of cylinder liner. A preventive measure was proposed for the cause of the problem.
