摘要
目的 :改进复杂放疗射野的模拟定位方法,以提高放疗定位工作效率。方法 :利用数字化治疗影像(digital therapy imaging,DTI)工作站和光学投影原理,测量标尺框架投影距离,更改模拟定位机治疗单元,对放疗射野缩放和打印,实现复杂放疗射野的投影定位。结果:简化了放疗射野定位流程,提高了放疗射野的适形程度,大幅缩短了复杂放疗射野的定位时间,减少了患者所受的辐射剂量。结论:该方法简单、易行、可靠,适合临床应用和推广。
Objective To improve the simulation method of complex radiotherapy field. Methods DTI workstation and optical projection principle were used to measure the projection distance of the scale frame, the file of treatment unit for the simulator were changed, and the outline of radiotherapy field was zoomed and printed, then the simulation of the complex radiotherapy field was realized. Results The improved method simplified the flow of radiotherapy field locating, improved the comformability of radiotherapy field, greatly shortened the locating time of complex radiotherapy field, and reduced radiation dose. Conclusion The improved method is simple, easy and reliable, and thus is worthy promoting clinically.
