A Comparative Study of Beginning Teachers' Professional Standards from An International Perspective

摘要 21世纪以来美国中小学大力推进校本课程开发,并建构起以"学生核心素养"为导向,以"评价即改进"为理念,以"学习能力与服务能力"为重点的校本课程评价体系。借鉴美国此经验,我国中小学校本课程评价必须回归育人本位、基于能力与个性进行顶层设计、评价方法趋于多样化、重视校本课程评价的发展性,切实推进我国中小学校本课程的发展。 Beginning teachers' practices in teaching have impact on teaching attitudes, teacher identities, etc. in their following professional development. This paper provides the t backgrounds, objectives, procedures, contents and characteristics of Beginning Teachers' Professional Standards Development in some countries in order to illustrate the significance of developing and improving Beginning Teachers' Professional Standards, meanwhile, hopefully providing some suggestions for the further development of Teachers' Professional Standard in China.
