摘要
针对地磁导航半实物仿真系统仿真时钟滞后于自然时钟这一问题,提出一种基于两层嵌套亥姆霍兹线圈的磁场快速模拟方法。首先,从理论上分析了磁场模拟滞后的原因。然后,提出一种采用两层嵌套线圈模拟磁场的方法,将待模拟磁场分解为稳定磁场和变化磁场两部分,其中,外层线圈匝数较多电感较大,用于模拟较大的稳定磁场,不参与动态磁场的模拟;内层线圈匝数较少电感较小,用于模拟小范围的变化磁场,实现磁场的快速变化。同时,提出了两层嵌套亥姆霍兹线圈的设计流程,以此为指导加工制作了一套小型磁场模拟装置,并对其进行了误差校正和精度验证。最后,对该磁场模拟装置的实时性进行了实测实验,实验结果表明,该设计方法较传统方法实时性提高了4.1倍,能够极大地提高磁场模拟的实时性,可以为地磁导航半实物仿真系统实时性的提高提供一种参考。
In the hardware-in-loop simulation system of geomagnetic navigation,the simulation clock lags behind the natural clock. A fast magnetic field simulation method based on two-layer nested Helmholtz coils is proposed. First,the reason for the hysteresis of magnetic field simulation is analyzed theoretically. Then,the two-layer nested Helmholtz coils for the magnetic field simulation is proposed. The magnetic field to be simulated is divided into two parts,which are the stable magnetic field and the changing magnetic field. The outer coil contains more turns for larger inductance which is applied to simulate the larger stable magnetic field. The outer coil does not participate in the simulation of the varying magnetic field. The inner coil is with fewer turns and smaller inductance. It is utilized to simulate the small range of the varying magnetic field and realize the rapid change of the magnetic field. Meanwhile,a real magnetic simulation device is designed based on the proposed two-layer nested Helmholtz coils. The error correction and accuracy evaluation are carried out. The real-time performance of the magnetic field simulator is tested. Experimental results show that the proposed device improves the real-time performance by 4. 1 times compared with the traditional method. It can greatly improve the real-time performance of the magnetic field simulation. This method provides a reference for improving the real-time performance in the hardware-in-loop simulation system of geomagnetic navigation.
