摘要
淫羊藿次苷Ⅱ是我国传统中药淫羊藿的主要活性成分之一。本文结合国内外研究报道,综述了淫羊藿次苷Ⅱ抗勃起功能障碍、抗肿瘤、防治骨质疏松症及神经保护等的药理作用及可能的作用机制。
Icariside Ⅱ（ ICS Ⅱ） is a principal active component of traditional Chinese medicine Epimedium grandiflorum. Based on domestic and foreign research reports, the pharmacological actions and possible mechanisms of ICSⅡ against erectile dysfunction, anti-tumor, prevention and treatment of osteoporosis and neuroprotection were reviewed in this article.
