腔内放射性粒子条的应用回顾及展望 被引量:4

摘要 腔内放射性粒子条是参照放射治疗计划系统(TPS)使放射性粒子(如^(125)I)在预先制作的管材内呈连续线性排列组合而成,是用于治疗恶性肿瘤腔道狭窄的低能放射源,其随着放射性^(125)I粒子在各种肿瘤组织种植取得良好疗效的基础上,近些年逐步发展起来,并在胆道、体静脉血管、门静脉等腔道肿瘤控制方面取得了可喜的疗效。经空间布局优化的腔道内适形粒子条成为目前发展的方向。相关研究对不同肿瘤所致的恶性梗阻腔道内粒子条治疗效果及安全性等方面进行了总结,本文就此进行综述。 The intracavity radioactive particle strip is a low-energy radioactive source for the treatment of malignant tumor stenosis with a continuous linear arrangement of radioactive particles (such as 125I) in a pre-made tube with reference to the TPS planning system, with radioactive 125I particles Based on the good curative effect of various tumor tissue implants, it has gradually developed in recent years, and has achieved gratifying effects in the control of biliary, venous, and portal vein tumors. The conformal particle strips in the channel optimized by spatial layout have become the current development direction. The related research summarized the therapeutic effect and safety of the particle strips in the malignant obstruction caused by different tumors. This article briefly reviews this.
