摘要
建立了基于碰撞池技术的电感耦合等离子体测定赣南地区地表水和地下水中铀元素含量的方法。分别测定了地表水和地下水中微量铀的精密度、准确度和回收率。实验结果表明,铀元素标准曲线线性相关系数为0.9999,检出限为0.1415×10-3μg/L,地表水和地下水中铀测得的相对标准偏差分别为1.10%和0.65%,加标回收率在100.5%~101.8%之间。该测量精密度和准确度良好,满足痕量分析要求,且样品前处理简单,可实现快速准确测定。
A method based on collision cell technology for the determination of uranium in surface water and groundwater in southern Anhui Province was established. The precision, accuracy and recovery of trace uranium in surface water and groundwater were measured. The experimental results show that the linear correlation coefficient of the uranium standard curve is 0.9999, the detection limit is 0.1415 × 10-3 μg/L, and the relative standard deviations of uranium in surface water and groundwater are 1.10% and 0.65%, respectively. The rates are 100.5% to 101.8%, respectively.
