摘要
为解决此火箭布雷车训练训练过程中受环境影响大、训练流程复杂、训练难度大、成本高等困难,研制了一种能真实模拟布雷训练的各种驾驶和作业工况的模拟训练系统。该系统基于半实物仿真技术和虚拟现实技术开发,采用多席位布局,各席位之间的信息交互由CAN总线来完成。模拟训练的三维动态视景仿真基于Unity 3D引擎开发。该系统提供了满足布雷班组协同作业需要的布雷车战术作业模拟训练环境,对于提高装备训练技能、节约装备训练成本有重要意义。
In order to overcome the obstacles of major environmental impact, complex training process, difficultcooperative training operation and high cost, the paper depicts a simulation training system of rocket mine-layingvehicle that can really simulate the various driving and working condition. Based on HWIL (Hardware in-the-loopsimulation) and virtual reality technologies, the system uses multiple seats layout with data transmission by CAN bus.The scene simulation is developed by Unity3d platform, and simulates the true ground scene, mine-laying bomb flyingscene and the sky. The system provides tactical working simulation environment of mine-laying vehicle that meets therequirement of team cooperative operating. The results are of great significance to improve equipment trainingtechnique and save training costs.
